Monali ParmarSeptiembre 12, 2011Staff is nice but we just got our room and its dirty! Looks like housekeeping never got here. They did get us a clean room but I didn't expect this from a Hampton hotel which we always trust.
I got a sweet upgrade, so I'm pretty happy here...
