Marvin PayneDiciembre 21, 2014Enjoyed everything here. The bed was comfortable, the people were nice, room was clean. The breakfast was enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
Stephen BosargeFebrero 4, 2017Nice hotel, better rates than others nearby. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops. Park in the covered garage behind the hotel down the ramp- I actually prefer this over the Embassy at Biltmore. Not quite as many HHonors points as with the Embassy but the rooms are nicer, great staff, FREE wifi. Still close to Biltmore shops & restaurants

With daylight brings the Manager. He is very sweet and understanding. He fixed everything and more. He won me back with no charge. :-)

Affordable semi-boutique hotel 3 blocks from Biltmore Fashion Square. Very nice staff.
- Turned on jacuzzi tub. Mold came out. 10 at night watching a guy work on tub. Gross. Don't stay here
