Kristopher WeissFebrero 28, 2015This is a great, old-school arena without vertigo-inducing upper-level seats and great sound. Cup holders, wide concourses and adequate facilities are missing, of course, but that's part of its charm
For Cyclones games be sure to get in your seat early so you don't miss the team introduction

The ushers have always been nice to me and my family. Seats are a little tight, but it just brings the hockey family closer!!!

Needs a facelift. Concourse is so crowded you cannot move around the arena. Concession stand service is excessively slow.
