In a hurry when checking back in? Let them know and they may give you a ride to the terminal, or at least let you leave the keys and goVotación a favor hace hace 2 semanas- Elevator to 2nd floor for walkway to Terminals B/C, Walkway floor for Terminal A
They’ll even drive you personally to the airport, so you don’t have to wait for the bus... only location I’ve ever found that does this
Renee GSeptiembre 21, 2012Agree that they are friendly but slow. Also seemed to be a disconnect between Gold and downstairs as when I got up there someone else was driving off in the car they gave me. They fixed it in minutes.

Made a reservation and they don't have any cars available. Called customer service line and not helpful either.
I want to love Hertz, but they make it hard sometimes.
Kathleen KlostermanFebrero 9, 2017DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! THEY ARE THE WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD BAR NONE! THEY GIVE YOU BROKEN CARS AND DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE EVER. THEY MANAGERS ARE INSENSITIVE AND UNCARING!
Next to SFO, the worst Hertz location ever. Gold or not, do not expect customer service of any sort.
