    Muy buen servicio en la venta online y telefónica. Pero en el lugar, el servicio muy lento, sólo había 1 persona atendiendo.

    Not the ideal place to be after coming from a cruise. Service is hurt by all the people who come in at the same time, and you're not even guaranteed to get the rental you reserved online...

    Not in the spot on the map. Go past the CVS on 2nd st and into parking garage. Also leave plenty of time for the shuttle to the cruise ship

    Don’t waste your time! Horseshit service, the shuttles don’t show or are packed full when they do and the customer service is the absolute worst of any Hertz we’ve ever had!!
