Take an early train to DC and get of at LEnfant Plaza. Good taxi stand at Holiday Inn on 6th st. Can save time over Union Station

Great location a short block from the National Air and Space Museum, room service and bar available late.
You have to check out the bar here....ask for Yousef - one of the best bartenders in DC!
Good place to stay on Capitol Hill and with a short way to Ground transportation.

Grant MillerJunio 19, 2012Avoid staying here if you can. But if you can't, at least stay on a lower floor and avoid the sounds of the trains that go by in the middle of the night.
Asked for shaving cream and shavers which arrived in less than five minutes!- Starbucks is at the corner of this Holiday Inn! :-)

Doesn't work: Ice machine on 7th floor, change machine in laundry room. WiFi is slow.
