The moist brisket was great plus the bbq sauce added a good kick. The corn bread was amazing!

Don't make rookie mistakes: 1) eat your brisket with a shake of the salt/pepper mix (shaker on table); 2) dont over order meat -- you can always go back up (1/2 lb + sides is plenty for most).
