Amy BennettAgosto 27, 2011Nice fresh clean room! Love that they are pet friendly. The only thing I wish I could change is the fact that there is no mini-fridge in the rooms. Everything else has been great..!
To get to DC take a taxi to the Vienna DC Metro station on the Orange line. Save about $25 bux and half an hour drive time in a taxi. Pick up another cab in Vienna coming back.

Decent room - the flat screen with channel selectable inputs is a plus. Bathroom's all tile and marble. Has a dual shower w/ rain head. Only complaint: a bit of mildew in the shower.

I KAgosto 24, 2013The hotel shuttle is supposed to run every half hour. From the hotel maybe it's on time. But waiting for it at the airport can sometimes take an hour. It gets packed, so make sure you get on...

You have to drive the entire length of the hotel parking lot before you get to the "front", which you won't see until you are right there.

Nick MantiaFebrero 11, 2013Even though most of the rooms are non-smoking, some are. Make sure to request to be away from those as even the non-smoking rooms can smell like a pool hall.- Great hotel... rooms are nice, staff is as well. My only complaint is the food in the bar. It's very bland.

Brandon HowardMarzo 28, 2013Been staying for years. Service is going down. Leaky showers poor breakfast and lack of English speaking workers that can't be bothered to say hello. Staying elsewhere next time.
I would not recomend staying here. Service is poor. They do little to fix problems (multiple). The rooms are poorly laid out and misrepresented on the web. No water or fridge in room

Only pet-friendly to an extent. Dogs are not allowed in the Executive Lounge.
