The food is so very good and the wait staff is pleasant and attentive. If you have either Gold or Diamond status, the Executive Lounge is the very best I've experienced.

Shuttle service to/from SFO.

Be wary of the airport shuttle leaving a minute early, even though you are chasing it down. Set aside 5 minutes just to be sure that you don't get stranded waiting for the next one.

Chauga TopNoviembre 15, 2017I am a Diamond VIP in Hilton Honors. They gave my room away and cancelled my reservation! I said that was not acceptable. They finally gave me a rollaway bed in a conference room.
Great front desk employees. An overall great hotel.

Make sure you leave early enough. Shuttles are every 20 minutes and sometimes can make several stops.

Executive lounge access is worth the price. Save on breakfast and dinner charges!
You can avoid paying for parking by leaving your car at kincaids by the shore. There are ample public spots there
