Julie WilliamsonAbril 17, 2013Don't bring a car. They charge a lot to park it here nightly! Rooms are wonderful! Staff are very friendly. Bring your own beach towels. They charge for those igo to the pool instead it's great!
Get the Family Fun Package: free (good connection) wifi + great full American breakfast!
Get a King Suite Oceanfront room. Great sun on the wrap around terrace and a jacuzzi with ocean views!! It was tough leaving the room.

Give the pool guys/gals $10 -$20 if you can't find the seat you want. They will keep an "extra" eye out when one comes available for you! ;-)
Tip Richard (Bell Captain) $50 at the beginning of your stay and get FREE House Limo Service (Cadillac SUV) within a 15 mile radius. "#NCM Insider Secret)- Get a King Suite Ocean Front room. It's serene and cool. Wrap around terrace and jacuzzi tub!!

JoshMarzo 10, 2020One of the worst hotel experiences. Way overpriced, beds were uncomfortable and one was broken. Attended an event, and the hotel made so many mistakes it was almost comical. Will never come back.
Catered to our every whim. Warm friendly service from everyone on the staff. Great place to stay.

awesome hotel check for wedding parties before booking here. they closed the pool 2 days in a row for weddings.

Wi-fi at the resort is $14.99/day but you can get it FREE in Le Marche (The cafe on the 1st floor lobby)
Don't be fooled by the 20 men working in the lobby. The rest of the hotel is understaffed and slow. Great Hilton property, un-Hilton service.
