Michelle at bar great. Elizabeth in Starbuck's great. Food in Shula's BAD, but great service.- Eat at Shula's! Free wifi and the best front desk staff of any hotel in Richmond!

Justin TatroFebrero 27, 2012Fridge in my room was broken, no hot water, all vending machines were turned off to save power except on the 3rd floor and poor service at the front desk. Stay anywhere but here- Ask for upgrades when you stay 2 or fewer nights!
Free parking in the garage beneath the hotel!
