great hotel layout. swanky bar. great view of Chicago. terrible bed (too firm) 3 out of 5
Don't bother requesting early check-in, we waited 2+ hours after being told it would be 30-40 minutes. Not a great way to spend our first half day in Chicago!

5 minute drink time and were the only ones here , hope your not thirsty .

Terrible room service and I've had better housekeepers at a motel 6! I don't recommend. Overpriced
