Chris LeeMarzo 21, 2014Pretty decent hotel. All the doors in our room weren't quite square and you had to put some shoulder into them to open. And a bathroom this size needs a fan. Steamy.
There is only one washer and one dryer since this is mostly a business hotel and not one for leisure. They do offer same day dry cleaning- Ask for a room close to elevator for better internet connection. Fantastic staff!

Joanna JohnsonSeptiembre 2, 2010When I checked in, my room was open and the floor was still soaked from shampooing. The lights didn't work, cleaning rags were left, and room was never attended following day. DID receive discount.
- All typical for run down old nasty Chicago hotels.
- Heater only works if it's below 59 outside. Not good!
Cell service and Internet service is extremely spotty, don't expect much
