There's a free shuttle bus going to Taipei 101. From the MRT Station just go up to the mall and find the Visitors Information desk. They will guide you from which exit you can take the free bus. Nice!
Go straight to 301 to check out the meat shaped stone and jade cabbage, two of the most well known pieces in the museum. Avoid weekend tour groups by going on an early weekday.
Hot & crowded, the Shilin Night Market is not for the faint of heart. But come with energy and you'll be rewarded with everything from stinky tofu, oyster omelets & rice noodles among many treats.
Get a taste of Taiwanese cuisine and culture at Raohe night market. Not too small and not too large, and most certainly not overwhelming. You will have a fun couple of hours here.
Special and interesting place with hot springs which can be very crowded with tourists. The library is a nice and quiet refuge.
