Ellen LaiJulio 1, 2010Bone marrow was amazing! The actual "Leg of the Beast", is a braised beef shank you must order 7 days in advance. Honestly, wasn't wow'd by the LEG.- Try the Pork Belly - #kvpinmybelly : 2nd #porkbelly serving in 24 hours. So fatty! Chewy skin and nice pairing with oranges.
