Best airport in N America since it was built post 9/11
Please check to make sure you seat belt is securely fastened. Your seat back and tray table are in the full upright and locked position & all carry-on luggage is placed completely underneath the seat.
The Indy airport does its part for the environment with the sea of solar panels located just outside the airstrips

One of the nicest airport. Plenty of spots before and after security
If you are TSA precheck. You'll have to go through terminal A. You can walk to terminal B from there. Can't beat the convenience.

Sun King beer is available in several places! Harry & Izzy's, Patachou, and the Omni hotel attached to the terminal...

One of the nicest airports, you can check in and go through security in 10 minutes
Don't be afraid to loosen your belt while waiting in the security line - it really freaks everyone out...pure entertainment.

TSA prescreening is usually through security at concourse A
Darshan MedaNoviembre 2, 2010If you're waiting for a long tome for a pick up, use the comfy couches on the far end by the baggage carousels. Super comfy and some have access to power outlets!
Nicest TSA staff I have ever encountered. It made all the probing seem not as intrusive. Also, free Wi-Fi!

Damn this airport is squeaky clean. You could practically eat off the floor!
The lady working in the Hoosier gift store next to Gate A7 decided that she needed to use the same sink to was her hands that I was already using. Mind you, ALL other sinks were free. So weird . . .
Easy in and out. Rental car return a breeze and nice stores throughout.
David B.Junio 30, 2013Avoid the Indy 500 restaurant unless you want to spend the time before your flight in the restroom violently ejecting everything you've eaten in the past month. My omelette was cooked in motor oil.
First airport I've been to with a room for nursing mothers. I travel a lot for work and this is way better than sitting/standing in a bathroom stall.
Great Airport. So easy getting and checking in rental car!
The main area/foodcourt is beautiful. The free WiFi is also a plus.
Concourse B has better food/drink options. Move freely between the two right past the security checkpoint.
Don't be a hater...it's called sky priority for a reason...no one cut in front of you...for you casual travelers, us road warriors HAVE to have some kind of perks.

Favorite airport! So much sun and lots of good Indy favorites- Gotta try the playboy roll...and they have a lot more sushi than is on the board ...look for the paper order form before you decide.
TSA screening here is one of the most civilized I've seen. If you are traveling on business (no families pls!) go through the professional traveler line.

Nice and clean. Rarely busy when I fly. Not a lot of great direct flight options.
Airport maps have heart association-approved walking paths, even in baggage claim! Stay healthy y'all.
Want to tire out the kiddies? Take them to the playground near gate B10
Order a sushi roll- the chef will make it fresh right in front of you! Instant yumminess- I recommend the crunch munch
