Wimpy's is family tradition. There must have been 100 of my relatives to ear there. The name is made famous by Popeyes hamburger eating friend, but this place is far more than burgers. A must !
Being from Centerville, I can tell you that this place changes owners almost every year. It's not guaranteeds to be open, but it is the only place on the beach to get lunch, so go for it.
This is where I hail from. Fox morning news said that Centerville was the best town in Cape Cod. I totally agree. Make sure you to to Four Seas Ice Cream and the 1856 Country Store.
This is my favorite beach on the whole planet. I especially lovr the jetty of rocks all the fishermen sit out on.
Look for a marble bench with the name "Finn" on it ! That my family ! It's a great place to go to if you are a local and have a parking sticker, otherwise be prepared to cough it up.

Baxters is a good place. It's been around for a ong time. Very traditional to those all over New England to come to, when in Cape Cod. A little pricy, but good food.
I go here very often, even the winter. The yogurt is awesome, and inexpensive, and if I show up on Mondays, I get credit for two frozen yogurts on my Wooberry card. When I get ten, I get one free !
It's the only Roast Beef place that I know of in the Worcester area that had fresh red roast beef. Far better than Arby's day old brown roast beef that has been warmed under a lightbulb.
It's a great place to go, as they thoroughly train their cooks in Tuscany, I believe. That means a large variety of real fresh Italian food, and not just pizza and pasta. I have been here often too
I am from both Worcester and Cape Cod and when I wanted the best seafood that I ever found, I drove 2 hours from Cape Cod to go to Ronnies. I recommend the clam and scallop combo !
When I worked there, it was rated the # 6 best seafood restaurant in the nation. It is one of the reasons why Highland Street is one of the top two streets to find restaurants on.
I have seen this place go from being a 4 booth pizza place when I was a teen, to a 5 star restaurant now. It is my favorite restaurant now.
