A specialty coffee Roastery & cafe - Stars has nicely roasted coffee for filter & espresso. Soon to increase options from the kitchen, for now they have vegan banana bread & various sandwiches.
I’ve been to a lot of coffee shops around the US and EU (I work for the Specialty Coffee Association) and this is one of the most unique spots I’ve been to. Great espresso. Amazing waffles.
Can I get a sour and an ipa and a stout? Yes and more yesses. Wonderful selection of beers and peanuts to boot.

Wow. I’ve been waiting for while to visit Established and I wasn’t disappointed. The food is stellar and coffee outstanding. Extremely professional and friendly staff.
They've got a pretty nice vegetarian menu and good selection of wines. Wouldn't to hurt to carry better beer and the coffee is bad.

The only specialty coffee shop in Alpine and only one of two in all of West Texas. So have a pour over or cortado while you can.
the food is ok - a little overpriced and all the “cool” people from riga visit it to show other “cool” people they left riga for the weekend.
What's good here? Everything. They've got one of the best hummuses I've ever had. Nice craft beer selection and good vegetarian options.

Great espresso from a beautiful Slayer - their batch brew was nice as well. All coffee from Presta - roasted in Tucson.
