The hustle & bustle of service at La Casa de Toño is a testament to its immense popularity! A family style eatery, the menu offers several types of pozole and other favorites like sopes & quesadillas.
I ordered the albóndigas. It was incredibly flavorful with a tomato sauce and cheese. I ordered the lunch special complete with soup, drink, main plate and dessert. Excellent food at a great price!
A must see in Cuernavaca. The museum covers Pre-Hispanic, Conquest, Colonial and Revolutionary eras in Morelos history. Fantastic displays and a Diego Rivera mural that is astounding!
Good coffee in a central location. The service was not on the ball. We asked for several items on our order and didn't receive them until I got up to ask them about it.
Good food however the service was slow. Two other tables who were seated after us got their food before us. We'll definitely try it again.
The service and food is excellent! A charming front patio complete with fountain opens to a rustic and elegant dinning area with bar. I really enjoyed the Mestizo soup and BBQ chicken with fries.
A must in visiting all 5 pyramid locations in Morelos. One of the earliest sites in this state. Great view of Cuernavaca from the top of the highest pyramid.
