M. R.Diciembre 30, 2013An older deluxe hotel on Sukhumvit, the JW Marriott is an ideal base due to its proximity to two BTS stations. The upgrade to the Executive Lounge is well worth it. Note the area is adult-oriented.
One of the best Marriott Rewards Platinum Arrival Gift you can get is food items offered at JW Marriott Bangkok. Instead of 500 points, must try F&B items here.
Lee Soon GuanMarzo 10, 2016Conveniently located at the beginning of Sukhumvit. Grand but dark lobby. Has a popular Chinese restaurant and manhattan steak house. Also just a short hop over to the famous Nana entertainment area.

Su Hwa ChoiDiciembre 12, 2012영어 이외에 일본말도 통합니다.. 호텔앞이 일본인 거리라더니 역시 잘통하는군요.. ^^ 덕분레 몇일만에 말통하니 살것 같아요~~~ 띠엄띠엄하는 일본어가 아니라서 지내기 편해요.. 룸 상태도 쵝오 입니다.. 침대는 물론 벼개도 푹신푹신 안딱딱해요... 제가본 태국 호텔 중에 아직까지 넘버 원 입니다~~~~

The executive lounge is awesome! Free and yummy food from 6-830 every night. Oh and did I mention free drinks as well :)
A good place for dining, BBCo bakery is good, Tsu japanese restaurant is awesome, Dim-Sum at Chinese restaurant on 2nd Fl. is fantastic. Not a place for drinks though.

- jen fortiniJunio 4, 2016Room & hotel are very outdated. Carpet has not been replaced in decades. Executive lounge is worst of all Marriotts I have stayed at. I can't believe this is JW Marriott. Pros??: Red light district!
- NY Steak House, Executive Club Lounge is great here.
