Great hotel with good bars and restaurants. The staff is very helpful and the location is perfect for access downtown Austin. Highly recommend!
Dana DanielleSeptiembre 23, 2016Went to corner bar! Huge outdoor patio w/ lounge seating. Hand crafter margaritas with a unique twist. I had one with bourbon. The guac is on point. Fish tacos have an Asian flair and are really good!

Nice rooms, very friendly service, great location and good restaurants. I really like this hotel.
Massive hotel that is always busy. Staff doing a good job staying on top of all your needs.- The Starbucks inside is pretty nice. There are lots of comfortable seats around it, too.
- elevator to 5, order a greyhound w/ fresh grapefruit juice & grab a seat by the pool. ahhh, escape from the sxsw madness!

When we arrived, we noticed that the bathroom door didn’t close - the handle was broken off entirely. Our room wasn’t cleaned. One expects more from a “luxury” brand this shouldn’t be our experience.
Breakfast in the Executive Lounge is free to those with access, but the hot food is consistently terrible.
