Big Guy's Breakfast. Get all sausage (it's homemade), skip the bacon. Substitute blueberry pancakes (or any other special pancakes). Put poached eggs on the sausage. YUM. Great price and so much food.

The cornmeal buttermilk pancakes are the best in San Francisco. Try them with strawberries and lemon curd.
