Tara Trilops: A gem. Fresh, delicious food and a super laid back atmosphere. Place your order - love the swiss chard enchiladas - then walk through the kitchen and snag a spot on one of the picnic tables outside.
Serena Jae: Beautiful estate and grounds. Not very enthusiastic when it came to the wine tasting, though. Questions were asked and the answers weren't particular helpful.
Katherine M.: My friend Kylie says, "I like this place because it's unpretentious and it has delightful Pinots (which is somewhat uncommon for the Napa / Sonoma area)."
Katherine M.: "A pretty place and totally walk-in-able. Wines are quite good. We couldn't get anybody to engage in talking about the wines very much, but it's nice for a group who doesn't need personal attention!"
Katherine M.: My friend Kylie says, "Situated on Spring Mountain between Napa and Sonoma (which produces some of the best grapes in the area). The tasting is done in a trailer on the mountain. Awesome."
Katherine M.: "Homemade granola layered in a jar with organic yogurt and apple butter made of fruit plucked from backyard trees, and house-smoked Reuben showcases local Asiago and house-pickled vegetable relish."
Katherine M.: "Tortillas and tamales made by hand from stone-ground corn masa. Grab a bag to go or linger over chilaquiles and Blue Bottle coffee on the covered patio."
Katherine M.: "A gorgeous setting for the five-course food-and-wine pairing [that] plays matchmaker between varietal wines and small plates, many inspired by the winery's her and vegetable garden." -VIA
