Super DadAbril 6, 2017Plenty of parking at Reverchon park! Direct access to Katy Trail. The "Ice House" is less than 1/2 a mile away from Reverchon. Water fountains throughout Trail (even for dogs). Great people watching!
- Robyn HarmanSeptiembre 9, 2018Perfect spot in the city for a run or walking your dog. It's about 6 or 7 miles if you go out and back. You can stop at the Katy Trail Icehouse for a bite to eat or cold beverage during your trek.

Not ideal for cycling due to shortness of trail and congestion (walkers, dogs, strollers,etc) and narrowness of trail. Get the best view of Dallas down by the AAC there's a perfect view of victory park!
This is my go to running trail. Great sights on the trail.

Really enjoyed running here, gets busy & crowded but everyone was friendly & you can maneuver around people easily.

Love to jog this trail, visit parks off of it, and to eat at the Katy Trail Ice house.- Look for the parrots near Knox crossing- they've built a huge nest in electrical towers and are often flying about if you stop and look!

This is almost exactly the midpoint of the trail, so it's about a 3.5 mile round trip in either direction.

If you can't jog around white rock lake then this is s nice second option.

Park at the AAC and start from the very beginning! It's exactly 3.5 miles one way and easier to track mileage versus beginning in the middle.

Don't be a Trail Hog Plse be aware of how much space you're taking up and try to keep Kids by your side- Great Katy Trail restaurants like Sangria and Howard Wang's on TangoTab.com, dine out and feed someone in need
After your run stop by Katy Ice House for a beer or the french bistro Toulouse if you wanna go fancier.
Remember your water, hat,sunscreen n bug spray. If you have pets bring water for them aswell.
Take a moment of appreciate the Tao of Warren entrance. In remembrance of the tragic death of Warren Hutcheson, age 19.
while I may have still have some thunder in my thighs I can still make the boys rise while walking on Katie Trail- Some Katy Trail restaurants publish deals on the TangoTab app and help to feed those in need through local food banks

I been running there since it used to be train tracks. It has come a long way... The community has put a lot of effort in the project...
Enter the best walking/running/biking trail in Dallas on Knox just past Travis. Great way to burn some calories.
