Accommodations are nice, the complimentary breakfast is okay. Overpriced for the amenities it offers.

"Pier House - best beach in KW. Sand in and out of water, no seaweed, lovely dock. Public beach has tons of seaweed, i would not stay anywhere else in KW. Friendly staff and beautiful lanai views. :)"
