في أكتوبر ، نوفمبر وديسمبر يكون الجو رايق بالليل ويساعد على المشي والجري .. بعد منتصف الليل ماتلقى الا شباب او واحد وزوجته ومعهم طفل بالعربية ،، يعني شي يذكرك بكمية الجفاف العاطفي :)
الدورة الواحدة على كامل الممشى ٤ كم وهي تحرق حوالي ٢٠٠ الى ٢٢٠ سعره لااعتقد انها كافيه ابدا لصحة وجسم افضل حاول المشي اكثر لو نصف المسافه النلضية والتزم بالحمية وتقليل اكلك بما يعطيك جسما مثالياً
الممشى جميل و مساحته ممتازة واضائته جميلة لكن يمينك ويسارك حفريات و غبار وهذا الشيء مخرب جو الممشى
عيبه الوحيد رائحه دخان السيارات وبعض المدخنين مما يجعله ممشى غير صحي اضافه الى ان دورات المياة متسخه تحتاج لصيانه
أفضل أوقات للمشي فترة الصباح من 5:00ص الئ 8:00ص فترة المساء من 5:00م الئ 8:00م تزداد في هذي الأوقات حرق الدهون حسب دراسة

مكان جميل وقريب مني كثير اشوفه مناسب في وسط الاسبوع ، في الويكيند تجيه كائنات غريبة تخرب على الناس اللي جايه لغرض المشي والرياضة

الممشي جميل ومريح لكن يحتاج زيادة كراسي لراحه وخدمات كوفي اوالة بيع ماء ومشروبات دافيه شتاء وبارده صيفا وزيادة اهتمام بالاشجار وتقليم لها ومشكورين
