Here for my 1 year anniversary. The place surpass my expectations. Customer service gets 5 stars, the food gets 5 stars, everything gets 5 stars. Very happy and pleaaedm

Erin WilmothJunio 13, 2013Convenient location and short walk to the beach. Very kid friendly but not so much aimed for young adults. The pool has strict rules about coolers and the young bartender is a jerk.
Capital TJunio 17, 2013Wi-Fi is weak if you manage to connect. Room service had to be called to take out trash and exchange towels on the 12th floor. Pools are fun and its close to the beach. The only plus.
So much to do for the kids and the adults! Love it and would recommend it to everyone!
Heather HampsonJulio 5, 2015Didn't have any problems with the room, it's just a little out dated and they need to keep the pools a little cleaner!! Didn't like how people were coming in from beach and getting in the pool!
beds are super uncomfy, pools are nice, staff is nice, breakfast buffet is great, room smelled, kitchen poorly stocked, lots of wall damage
Chrissy Rhinehart ClaypoolMayo 27, 2015Gross hotel!!! Roaches,stray cats,vomit on deck. We felt very unsafe because the anyone can walk into the hotel from the public beach access.
The pools are awesome, but their check-in system is down and we had to wait hours... And wasted our time to spend at the beach/pools.

- Capital TJunio 17, 2013The comass cove down the road is better. Here the hotel smells like smoke both kinds. Here four days and couldn't find the sauna. Took two hours to check in after we paid two months in advance.
Love this place! Stay here everytime I'm at Myrtle!
Really enjoyed our stay here would definitely come back.
No security here. Hide your wives hide your kids. Walkers in the hallways.
Caitlin SimmonsJulio 17, 2012Absolute worst dining experience in the resorts restaurants. The servers were not friendly and the kitchen waited 30 mins after I ordered to inform they were out of that & have me reorder. Ridiculous.- Great location. Maid service terrible. Didn't even make up the beds?
The hotel has lots of pools but just not the greatest.
