Chris RyanOctubre 4, 2014I took Lauren's class on Tuesday at 6:30 (Lotus Flow 2/3). The class includes some kirtan chanting which was really nice and we even did a mini handstand workshop during class which was super helpful.
One of my favorite studios. Good mix of trying to get you to sweat and trying to get you to be more mindful. Many classes begin with harmonium music and chanting. Clean space and very well organized.

This place is the most welcoming, relaxing, amazing yoga studio I've ever been to. New to yoga or experienced yogi--it doesn't matter everyone is welcome!

Saturday afternoon 90 minute "Love Willl Save The Day" class is a life changing experience for your arms, core, heart and soul. Be prepared to sweat and maybe cry.
The best. Only studio in the city like it. They work hard and yet laugh and don't take themselves too seriously.
Very cool spot. Big fan of Soul Sweat X. They play accordion at the beginning and end of class with Ohms :)

Great classes, but there's a shoe thief amongst them. Take your shoes with you into the classroom.
