- M. KhalidJunio 17, 2013This tip is for tourists. The land is a 45 mins outside San Diego you must rent a car don't hire a cab. There are no cabs around the area you have to walk more than 10 miles to reach Carlsbad station
- Erin HegartyJunio 18, 2016Not enough history of legos. Overpriced. Love the mini lego towns. Except san Fransisco and ny are mighty inaccurate.
- Kelly Malak-MorrisAgosto 14, 2011Download the new LEGOLAND app to explore map, rides and car locator. Plus it's your very own Show guide while at the Park! And it's free!!!
- Fun for the kids and Lego/Starwars geeks. Impress one of the employees by calling them "Lego bricks"! Because Lego's paranoid like that.
- Great low-key park for families with kids 9 and younger. Sea World = too expensive. San Diego Zoo is great but requires a lot of schlepping.
- Maina KhojaJulio 10, 2015ring your towels, weather tends to b chilly even in July, food varieties r limited. My girls age 9 and 5 says it's ok. I think it's a good try mimicking disney land.
- Angela CSeptiembre 15, 2012The game attendants are generous with the kids. Gave our kids extra chances and larger stuffed animals even if they didn't win.
- Terry MDiciembre 2, 2012Like all other amusement parks, food and drinks are exceptionally expensive so bring your own if you want to save some major coin.
- Great for kids ages 4-14. Season passes are worth it if you live locally
- Jorge CarbajalFebrero 19, 2015Go on weekdays, the park is usually empty. That's how I like my theme parks
- Andre AubutAbril 3, 2013Drop your bags with the bell hop and head to the park early in the day before checking in. Hotel is right at entrance to park.
- Mario AlvarezMarzo 15, 2017Everything a Kid, Young & Older wants to do with LEGO's!!! #LegoBatmanMovieRocks
- RubeeeNoviembre 19, 2011Legoland is awesome for children under 10yrs, I recommend visiting the park on a weekday, less people, and you enjoy the park.
- Troy NelsonJulio 15, 2011Line is very long but well-shaded. Plus they have an area where kids can play with Legos while u wait in line. Then they can just join you when you get close to the front. Or ride other rides nearby.
- RubeeeNoviembre 19, 2011Legoland is awesome for children under 10yrs, I recommend visiting the park on a week day, less people and you enjoy the park.
- Melissa ClouthierJulio 15, 2012Bring a change of clothes/towels. There's water rides that will soak you. Bring snacks. Expect little and be pleasantly surprised.
- Becky GJulio 31, 2011Eat at Ocean Journeys Cafe, by far the best food at the park. You do not have to enter the aquarium to eat here!
- Best theme park for kids 4+ in california! Soooo innexpensive! Order a 3 month sea life/legoland pass from costco online a few weeks before for the price of a 1 day ticket!
- If you have kids between 4 and 12, this place is a million times better than Disneyland. Much more to do!
- Teigh LeighNoviembre 25, 2013The don't check bags so you might be able to sneak in food even though they say outside food is prohibited inside the park.
- Chris CegielskiEnero 20, 2019Take advantage of one of the many ticket deals and it will make it worth it.
- McOwnage OneOneEightJulio 17, 2015Wow pay $700 to get in then $25 for parking then if you want to get all the rides they want an extra $100 Disney you got my business from now on
- TolgaEnero 26, 2016Too childish; I was expecting some districts positioned for adults but not. I just enjoyed miniland ; overpriced. In addition themes could be better ; I could not feel Lego's creativity inside!!
- Lindsay M.Junio 11, 2012Great park for families that have children under 10yrs old. Would not recommend for adults only. Also, use AAA discount if you have one (savings of $8 off the $75 admission).
- Really fun, get the VIP pass to avoid any waits in line. Great for kids under 10, rides are a little light for older kids
- Nathan KamAbril 2, 2012You might just want to come back for a second day. We did and the kids still couldn't get enough! Great park.
- Maeve CamplissonAgosto 21, 2010See if Marko is doing caricatures at the easels across from the ride. If he is, you definitely need to buy a drawing from him. He's super talented!
- Visit San DiegoOctubre 14, 2010Try starting at the back of the park and work your way to the entrance - the lines are usually shorter!
- Make sure to check out big test and the other very entertaining shows. It's great when you need to sit down.
- Radu G.Diciembre 4, 2014Overrated and heavily commercialized, even compared to a few years back. A bit of a ripoff, charging extra for parking and some of the activities within the park.
- Ginger AndersonJunio 7, 2010If you forget diapers/wipes, you can buy some at the Brick Builders in Fun Town. They also have cute Quicksilver clothes for kids!
- Sea Life Aquarium is open on Tuesday and Wednesdays when the park is closed during fall an winter. Free parking!
