This fitness center cafe rocks. Wraps and omelette and smoothies for breakfast. Oh my!
Enjoy playing basketball? Interested in playing in an environment a little more competitive? Talk to Brandon or any Member Services team member about getting involved with Ultimate Hoops!- Try the Body Builder smoothie with pineapple and mango. It had creatine, tons of whey protein, and tastes like cake batter.
- Professional staff. Very clean, great equipment.
Take a Body Builder Shake with strawberries and Mango after a sweaty workout, sit on this comfy lounge and people watch!! ;0)
Please re-rack your weights and pick up after yourself! I'm here to work out, not pick up after your lazy ass and trip over the weights you left lying around. After all, you are there to not be lazy.
Where I come to get fit, challenge myself, release, recharge, relax, & treat myself well.- Danielle's massage is purely awesome! She's great, highly recommended! ;0)

Magge's yoga is amazing...actually all the yoga classes are amazing.
The eucalyptus steam is better than a HUG.
- Poolside cafe doesn't have smoothies. Make sure to get them inside before heading out to the pool.
- Ladies, read the sign: No shaving in the eucalyptus steam sauna. What?!? #youmightbearedneck
- They just threw frisbees off the roof at the pool!! Winning!!

Check out Karate with Grand Master Patrick Wrenn! It will change your world.- Jack & Fitz ~ best way to spend Fridays at 5:30. They will kick you booty!
