Lunch buffet is a great value for a business lunch or office birthday party/occasion.
After 10 years the renovations are done, you are no longer eating in a temporary structure but the food is still as good!
There's a lot of competition in the area but this is the best place. They aren't fast but it is worth the wait. Soups are tremendous and their Pad Thai is loaded with your choice of items.
A rice order is twice the size of most Chinese restaurants so don't over do. Most staff don't speak English so better to go into the restaurant & fill out form to order take out.
