• Anytime I come in, there's always a tank or three where all the fish are dead! Why try to sell something your employees of that area obviously don't care about?

• This pet store is terrible! The rat cages were completely covered in poop, the betta fish cups were all brown on the bottom and tons of dead fish in the tanks. All the superworms were dead also.

• Wellness in the regular bag is TOO expensive,$18.99 a bag!! Ridiculous. But the wellness simple is better for dogs and is ok priced although pet supermarket has it for 9.99 4 dollars cheaper!!

• Robin is a liar that will aggressively fight you when he pulls a bait and switch. He purposely put the rest of the stock labeled at a much lower price in the back so they didn't have to price match.

• Terible care of they're animals. Went to look at their rats the large rats that should be about 1 pound this one was about 5. Terrible!! So fat he couldn't even clean himself. 😓💔💔
