Ricardo GAbril 27, 2019This hotel is in dire need of maintenance and better management. There are water leaks in the rooms and hallways, it smells musty and old and it is not very clean. You’ll get better value elsewhere.

If your room is in the pyramid, you get to go up diagonally to your suite on the inclinators!

Victor MorielNoviembre 10, 2015Rooms are old hard,to regulate temp,was only able to go from ice box cold,to refrigerator cold. Bathroom has seen better days overall I would look elsewhere before going back here.
Keep in mind this hotel is showing it's age...room 4224 needs to run the tub full blast for about 5 minutes before you get hot water.

Definitely pay the $20 difference to upgrade to a tower. The pyramid rooms are nasty and old. I saw someone left a similar tip about room 5050, we were in 5051. Same thing. Our room is great now.

Showing its age, but not a bad place. Ask for a higher room in the East Tower.

For spacious rooms, and optimal privacy, stay in the Tower. I prefer the East Tower.

Tony XerriEnero 30, 2013My room 11148 was humid and uncomfortable. I guess you can categorize the overall ambiance as "ghetto fabulous" with everyone trying to sell you on something. Stick to the Aria if you're in Vegas.
