Super modern and clean hotel in St Julians that isn’t too close to Paceville. If you want to use the rooftop pool, make sure you get up there early to get a sun bed!
You can’t book so expect to wait as it’s gets very busy. The service is ‘typical Italian’ but food and drinks really delicious. A little haven of a garden within the craziness of St Julians.
This place gets very busy on the weekends so expect to wait. Why not grab a beer and drink on their patio (no need to book/wait) overlooking the beach.
Good selection of beers from their onsite microbrewery. The food is OK, pretty massive portions. They show sport on screen, so avoid that if it’s not your thing.

Expensive but worth it, in the heart of Valletta, the cocktails were the best we had on the island. Try the Fig Negroni, absolutely delicious.
Great place for lunch in the heart of St Thomas Bay. Good selection of veggie/vegan options and some nice (non Cisk!) beers on draft. Very large beer garden out back so suitable for big groups.
