I've been going to this studio for over two years. All the instructors are great and love the boutique feel. I particularly recommend Chintamani's Sunday 10am or Monday 7pm class. She's fantastic!!
This yoga studio is my favorite! Teachers are absolutely amazing. Trial membership lets us explore different types of classes. Every time I come in, I walk out feeling much better about everything.
Yin classes Friday's ! Yes ! Great teacher . Right balance between technic and philosophy!
