Always carry an Airport Express on your travels. Great at all these 1980's hotels who won't give you wi-fi in the room. Plug it into the wired connection and hey presto, wireless hotspot :)
Complimentary access to the LA Fitness down the street when you stay here. Ask the concierge for a day pass.
