Excellent products, and supremely helpful staff. (The same is true of any branch of Kiehl’s I have ever visited.)
This place is well appointed, and one of the best Holiday Inn Express experiences available.

I've always been well looked after here. Any problems I've ever had with internet connections have been sorted out pretty quickly.
The old space (shown in the photos) is closing at Christmas (I think). New lounge will be amazing if it’s anything like the one in France.
This is the most beautiful place. The fountain somehow always looks good irrespective of the weather.
Hotel clean and friendly. But car park was full when I arrived. It took some heavy negotiating to get in.
