Matthew Caldecutt: Two scoops of anything on a hot day is fantastic. It's all homemade. I like butter pecan and chocolate chip. Add a banana for that old-timey feel.

Matthew Caldecutt: Pick your craft beer before you grab a seat outside during the summer and order a BBQ plate -- 1 or 2 meats, sausage, and three sides chosen by the kitchen. The Mexican corn is my favorite.
