Broken air conditioning for nearly a week during a massive July heat wave is completely inexcusable; impossible to sleep in tiny, sauna-like rooms. Location is nice but service & maintenance very bad.
Jen KeeganMarzo 16, 2013Rooms are tiny (unless you upgrade). Think cruise ship. Wifi service shut down for almost a full day. Reception kept saying it was a known problem and should be up momentarily :(

Luggage bag got stolen INSIDE the hotel lobby. Beware!
