That MarikaAbril 12, 2013Worst airport if u are running late. Prepare for the fact u will be waiting in 4 lines: a line to check in, line for baggage drop off ticket, a line a for baggage drop off then a line for security.
Appreciate the Victoria's Secret and Hugo Boss and whatnot in Terminal J. But I really wanted a sandwich or something.
Food at La Carreta is the best food at MIA.

Jacqui HockingMarzo 22, 2013If you have a connecting flight, RUN!!!!! Took me 3 hours to get through immigration line, customs line, baggage collection, baggage drop off, security check.... next time I'm avoiding the US.
Unfortunately many people refuse to be reasonable and follow the few rules for COVID protection. We saw many people wearing the mask under the nose or not using it at all. And no social distancing.

The security takes forever so make sure to get to the airport at least 2 hours before your flight!!

Quick Priority Access check in... Quick, Friendly and with a smile... It's true sun makes people happy!
The flight crew from Gainesville to Miami are fantastic!
The only good thing is planes fly to & from here. All employees I have ever interacted with were rude, ignorant, discourteous, and unfriendly. I despise this airport!
Павел КузнецовNoviembre 13, 2016Целый фуд-корт в переходе между терминалами J и H. Duty Free - никакой. На регистрацию -огромные очереди. Долго стояли на регистрацию на рейсы в Европу. На контроле работают только 2 (!!!) линии!
Don't pay for a Smarte Carte. People leave their used ones around security, arrivals, and rental car return.
Be sure to find Cuban food while you visit. Larios in south beach is a good start!
