The burger here is amazing. Super high quality beef. Simple. Plain. Gorgeous. Add cheese if you like but that's all you need.

They instituted a Chef of the Day program, in which notable toques (or just regular Joes) take over the kitchen & cook for everyone who walks into the restaurant that night. Every night is a surprise.

Our concierge Clay at Donovan House recommends the Mofongo. Also, the roasted calamari is so good, they often sell out.
