For dessert, Key lime tart is presented with liquid nitrogen ice cream. There's also a chocolate orb doused with flaming liquor, and a decadent bread pudding.

Yes, the sushi. But don't miss out on all of the inventive dishes. Morimoto Sashimi. Mango pudding. Even the regular green salad was special.

It's not often that a restaurant lives up to its hype - this one does...in spades. The tuna pizza, foie gras oyster and nigiri are mouth watering standouts. Don't leave without sampling dessert!
