비교적 합당한 가격에 타임스퀘어 및 지하철 역과도 까운 좋은위치의 호텔이다. 건물외형에비해 내부는 낡았으나, 실내는 깨끗하고 특히 침대가 편안하다.

The rooms might not be in top shape, but stay was good. Hotel is well located and fair priced. Great service.

Definitely not recommended for business stay. Had to book in the last minute and paid a lot than it deserves. Rooms are so old, tired, not clean, smells dust. Only the location is great (but noisy)

Lobby muito bonito. Os andares são velhos com parades manchadas, aspecto de velho, os quartos não tem geladeira.

Hotel is in a great location but the rooms are not maintained. Dust everywhere, AC not very cold, paper thin walls, stains on sheets.

can't put lipstick on a pig. gorgeous lobby but the hotel rooms are your typical hotel rooms. no wifi in the rooms, but nice staff!

Reservei 6 dias pelo booking,deu um total de 530,quando recebi a confirmação do cartão ..Pasmem me cobraram 1000 dólares, sendo 500 só de taxas de serviço a que o Booking não informou...MUITO CUIDADO

Had to wait a long time for the concierge, Thomas or Many. I had to come bck 3 different times. Concierge was not @ his stn for more than 15mins. Q of 5 pple infront of me.

맨해튼 중심에 있어서 어디로 이동하던 불편하지않다. 룸컨디션이나 방음 등은 기대하지말것.

Great location, but not up to the Starwood standard on service and quality. The Sheraton Towers or Westin New York are better options

I think this is a sheraton they didn't want to upgrade and remodel so they changed the name. Think "comfort inn".

A localização e boa. Mas o hotel em si é muito velho, acomodações péssimas e atendimento pior ainda. A internet é lenta, e vc tem que pagar por ela. Não recomendo
