- You can sit at the bar at "Le Grand Compt" in terminal C, have a beer and almost watch your plane board.
- We flew from here for vacation. No issues. All good vibes

- Speed through security easier. Put phones, watches and change in carry on bag to be scanned. Reduce bin need to laptop and toiletries. Shoes directly on belt first. Fave parking is P4

- TSA Pre? Go to terminal C only. If you need another terminal, take the shuttle after going through expedited security. Peace!

- For arrivals, try to get a seat on the left side of the plane for views of Manhattan

- Plan ahead and show up early. Security is extra slow at Southwest Terminal A. Every single time.
- Arrive a bit earlier on Mondays or equivalents for TSAPee Check at terminal C. Just not enough space or people.
- Easiest Airport to get from NYC if you live downtown on the West Side... Easy $12 train from Penn Station that takes 20min
- There are more coin operated phone booths than outlets for cell phone charging. #modern
- Newark has made some improvements. It’s not exactly comfortable, but it gets the job done.
- Give yourself a little extra time to get through security.
- For God sake! I know the environment is important but put the freaking paper towels back in the restrooms! Those air dryers blow! And not in a good way!

- 𝙈𝙖.Octubre 11, 2014Private limousine, car service, and taxis also provide service to/from the airport. Taxis serving the airport charge a flat rate based on destination.
- Taxi line makes you prepay if you want to use credit card, and adds a $5.50 fee. That is some bullshit... and seems illegal?

- The best thing about being here is that it means you are leaving here. Unless you just got here. In which place, you're hosed.
- The most helpful ppl at the airport are the employees working in the Air Train waiting areas. Not only are they there to help passengers, they actually ask if anyone needs help. Very odd at EWR.
- Do yourself and your travel companion a favor and take a car service. You deserve it and its worth the extra cash.
- C1 elite line is usually shorter than the C3 elite line during busy times. You can get to all C gates from any security checkpoint.
- Use automatic tickets machines whenever possible bc check-in lines here get LOONNNGGG. Also, the SAS Biz Class lounge looks like an IKEA cafeteria and opens at 4pm daily.
- Don't take the first security line in term a. Keep walking past it after you've passed the initial checkpoint. Much shorter lines there.

- The $16 Newark Express a wonderful, comfy coach bus but it does NOT come every 15 minutes. Bundle up.
