Nieko Maatjes: Very nice Swiss food, and not too pricey (for Switzerland, anyway ;) Ask for a table near the window for a gorgeous view over the mountains.

Nieko Maatjes: The ice isn't perfectly smooth, so on speed skates it's doable, although a bit tricky. Since the track goes up and down a bit, you need to be able to skate (and brake!) well.
