Noah WeissOctubre 11, 2014Go long pork. The sour pork and crispy rice salad tastes is as weird and good as it sounds. The pork toro, aka the grilled pork collar, is like bacon from the Thai gods with tangy spicy chili sauce.

The startled pig is amazing! As is pretty much everything. Beer towers are fun. Love the crispy rice salad and panang curry!
