Good food, service is a bit slow though. Tried the cheese kachapuri, which was quite good. Ps. The name of the restaurant can be understood as "something sh*t" in Arabic lol

Been there a couple of times for dinner, several great outlets. Also a huge banqueting facility, one if the biggest in town. Go there ahead of time if you're meeting someone as valet takes time
One of the most stunning places I've ever seen. Was supposed to paraglide there, weather conditions did not permit that though.

Good mall on the outskirts of the city. Small (By Dubai standards at least) but has a good range of international brands.
I'm biased, but this is a very good hotel in the center of Bahrain. It's within walking distance to 3adliyah and the Fatteh Grand Mosque. 10-15 minutes from the major malls.
A new small center with several good cafes and restaurants. Underground parking was almost empty compared to the one on the road.
Use the metro whenever you can for big conferences, parking was and will always be a nightmare. If you insist to drive, park on the other side of SZR behind the Fairmont (Even that might be packed)

Surprisingly quick barbers. Inexpensive and quick option, recommended! Parking can be an issue on weekdays during the day (it's Media City after all). Visit on evenings or weekends
Small cafeteria next to Maryam Mosque. Service can be slow, but the cocktails and sandwiches are worth the wait. It's cheap too!
Good running track, could do with some water stops. Was supposed to be 14k long, in reality it's a 7k track.
If you're going on a weekend, the best way to find a parking spot is to skip the lower floor at the parking on the cinema side and heading to the first floor.
Tried it a couple of times in Ramadan (2015) and the buffet was good. Only negative about it is that they do not replenish some of the dishes regularly, especially the desserts
Dubai's only revolving restaurant. They have a good buffet, views are amazing, but you can see better during the day especially in the summer considering the city's smog. Book in advance.
Great F&B outlets, facilities and meeting rooms. Good location, close to the main highways and the Media City and Internet city
