The service is excellent, the rooms are clean and modern, the beds are very comfortable! Great views of the city from the rooms. The restaurant options are also great! I will definitely recommend!

Look for pink dLink bus on Lamar M-Sa 11a-11:30p every ~15 minutes for free ride to museums, dining + parks in Dallas Arts District. Schedules + stops @ m.dart.org route 722 on Where's My Bus?

Great hotel... Having some issues but nothing too bad. Plus they are so willing to fix them when you tell them.

Pro tip: bring noise canceling headphones. Quite possibly the loudest hotel I’ve ever been in. Constant loud door slams, thin walls & active hallways thru the night. This is not a hotel for respite.
Shawn RogersOctubre 20, 2013Arrive late in the day. They are under staffed and don't have rooms ready. Bad management if can't be ready to give you a room when you arrive. But I bet they are diligent about you leaving on time
