- On the 25th floor no noise nice view. Hotel location is awesome for cable car, BART, shopping + dining.

Daniela CapistranoMayo 13, 2013Grubhub.com delivery folks often try to get you to the lobby or even outside! Don't fall for it. Insist they come to your room & they will+note that requirement in your order notes to avoid conflict.
Good: Location, BART accessibility, clean, nice-smelling toiletries, comfy couches.
Psst. Pretend you filled out a survey for complimentary in-room internet and they'll probably give you a free upgrade.
TDiciembre 14, 2016Typically stay in SPG properties (all ranges) and was pretty disappointed at how old/shabby this was compared to the $$$- "Go West, Young Man!" does not apply to this location, especially after dark, unless you're prepared to run. It'll be an adventure though.

The Golden Apple cocktail is worth a try. Makers, cinnamon rim and some other stuff.

Don't plan on unpacking too much clothing. Closet and drawer space is exceedingly limited. Must not be used to people staying longer than 2 days...

The earplugs provided in the room are a necessity. The windows seem to magically amplify street noise from 20 stories below.

Tara AndersonMayo 10, 2013Beautiful hotel! We had a room with a view on the 23rd floor! Staff was so friendly and upgraded us because it was my birthday. Water in room is SUPER hot so be careful! Shower pressure is stellar!
I've been here a dozen times and just found a Thai place on second floor. Random!
This is a great hotel, ask for a corner room.
Rooms are decent sized, but hotel is run down for the price. Good location.
