I'm in a 2bed corner apt, and the single pane windows are so thin, we hear everything on Wilshire! But it's still the sexiest apartments in this price range for DTLA. The pool and gym are great!
Maintenance guy is solid, on top of things and fast. He's even outlasted the last 3 management companies.
Location, location, location.... And pool is nice as well.
Garick ChanMarzo 3, 2010Sure, the studios that face the inside court suck. Make sure you get one with windows that look out onto downtown LA. Absolutely fabulous place to live. But mgmt seems to change often..
